This front suspension upgrade for the Ford HD truck transforms the ride. The laser-cut steel pieces are precision welded and powder coated for a quality fit, while the hollow rubber springs deliver a progressive spring rate. In other words, the harder the weight pushes down - like from a snowplow or heavy aftermarket accessory - the harder the springs work to prevent sag. Recommended for applications like slide-in campers or salt spreaders that require maximum stability, reducing roll and sway. The bump stops replace the originals, boosting the capacity to 11,000 lbs. Though the spring rate increases, the upgrade does not raise the gross vehicle weight rating set by the manufacturer. The load must not exceed that limit. Timbren suspension kits absorb road shocks automatically, adjusting to uneven loads. There are no airlines to leak. Simply bolt on the kit and enjoy trouble-free suspension for life.
