Changed scent and no quantity information

This smells like almond extract. We always bought this because it was "free of scents" but there clearly now is a scent, and it also doesn't feel like it washes out completely, where the previous tide frees always came out of our same machine smelling fresh with no seeming residue. Also ridiculous that they won't put the quantities needed on the label and instead say to "smart scan" uhhhh I'm not downloading a freaking app just to find out what amount I need to use. Also the writing and the QR code is so tricking tiny, I don't even think a phone reader COULD read it. I'm mad that I bought 3 jugs of this. No wonder it was on sale for so cheap >:(
