No Odor? Yea right.

Works great but no odor is a lie. I have to use it in the garage and then let it cool off outside. I would never use this in my house, I can smell the deep fryer when I pull into my driveway if my wife has it on.

A: La friteuse sans odeur T-Fal peut être utilisée avec des pommes de terre crues. Veillez à ce que vos pommes de terre soient lavées et soigneusement séchées pour éliminer l'excès d'eau. Lorsque vous abaissez le panier de la friteuse dans l'huile chaude, abaissez-le très lentement, car vous remarquerez des bulles à un rythme plus rapide qu'avec des frites congelées. Comme bon conseil, la plupart des recettes suggèrent de faire frire deux fois vos pommes de terre - une première friture à un feu plus bas (300F) jusqu'à ce que les frites prennent une couleur brun doré. La deuxième cuisson se fait à une température normale (350F), jusqu'à ce que les frites soient croustillantes à l'extérieur et tendres et moelleuses à l'intérieur.

A: This is a different design without the oil box in the bottom, the oil remains in the inner bowl. Hope this helps.
