The amount of half-wits leaving 1 star reviews is wild. No, you don't leave nylon utensils resting on a pan, no, you don't buy a "flex" turner if you don't want one that flexes, it isn't metal because metal damages certain cookware, they have metal offerings... It does exactly as it is designed to do. If you need a stiff turner, or a metal turner, buy a different turner, T-fal makes many different kinds for a reason. And dont leave nylon utensils resting on a pan... Duh...

Yes, I recommend this product.
