Great pan, would buy again!

This is a great pan! We used this constantly. I bought this to replace a similar one from Starfrit that got a big scratch in it and this TFal version surprisednus with how much better it is. We love that it has the two smaller handles and the non-stick cooking surface is great for cooking anything. The size of pan is perfect when cooking for 4 people. Definitely will but again when we wear this one out.

Q: What material is the Extreme Titanium cookware actually made from? I would be pleasantly surprised if it were an element-22 alloy, but there are suggestions in the comments it really might be (e.g. lightweight, thin, nonmagnetic, high coeff of expansion).

A: This has been tested on ceramic, coil and gas only in our T-Fal kitchens. I would use the recommended stove tops for optimal performance.
