Bad bearing

My daughter received this bike for her birthday in April of 2025 an the rear bearings have went bad i am very disappointed in this product

Chain guard plastic, junk

I bought this for my granddaughter the bike tipped over , chain guard broke, 3 weeks old, not impressed, cannot find a new one. Cheap plastic

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the bicycle you purchased. I apologize that the chainguard broke when the bike fell over. I’ve checked our inventory, and unfortunately, we are currently out of stock on the OEM chainguard for this model. However, we expect to receive more by 9/23/24, and they will be available on our website once they arrive.

The bike is very Pretty and low quality my daughter received this same exact bike twice first one the bike rim in the rear bent really bad and chain guard broke. tried to look for another rim with the same color but is very hard to find. So she received another one and the front rim has a dent in it. Parts are hard to find.

  • A: 20" bikes are really not meant to be ridden with training wheels. Therefore, they are manufactured with a rear axle bolt that is too short to add training wheels. Sorry, but we do not recommend adding training wheels to a 20" bike.
