Won't stand up to travel

This bicycle doesn't stand up to travel. We took our brand new bikes up to Restoule Provincial Park. When we got there the rear wheel was twisted so badly that it wouldn't rotate at all. The bike was ruined! Fortunately, Canadian Tire refunded my money and I bought one with metal wheels. It travels well.
