Q: The in-store version has a small screw to lock the telescoping tubes together. Does the version in the above photo also have a screw to lock the tubes, or is there only the silver coloured collar that rotates in order to lock the tubes together?

A: If the silver coloured collar as shown in the listing photo indeed has a locking screw facing towards the frame, then the head of the screw poses a safety hazard if the leg gets skewed into the spokes.
