A: Barely. When it reclines though, it spreads out along the back. Unfortunately, that means that while it is in the upwards state, the back is rather narrow.

Safety issue with clasp and straps that hold child in stroller. Potential for serious injury.

Defective product! Left Buckle Clasp did not lock in place! It Appeared to lock in place but was not! Luckily we had checked to ensure that my 10 month old grandson was safe and secure prior to going out! But found that the clasp would come undone with little to no pressure! High Risk of child falling out of stroller.

Great for the price. The folding mechanism is a bit trickier than most strollers but you'll get the hang of it. The cupholders are useful, but the seat is a bit too reclined even in the most upright position.
