Swear by this stuff, but you really only start to see noticeable improvement after about 5-10 bottles/fill-ups. Expensive now, but used to use this in every tank-full for last couple of years. Has helped 3 of my older cars run noticeably smoother. Don't bother using in new cars (<5 yrs old) as it is really about cleaning shellacking/gumming/deposits of gas that collect over time. Have had far less problems with all 3 of my older cars since starting to use this cleaner on them years ago.
