Q: can this pan be put in oven

A: Yes, it seems to do fine in the over but the handles are quite hot to the touch in spite of the silicone.

Q: Can this pan be used with induction cooktops?

A: Induction cooktops work through a magnetic field. Aluminium is not magnetic so it will not heat unless placed on top of a separate metal (iron or steel) disc. This isn't really practical so the simple answer is no.

A: Good day, As per your question, this is more of a deep pan than a stock pot and when making pasta you will need more of a stock pot than a deep pan. You can boil water in this pan it and no it will not peel. I would suggest looking at our stock pots available on our website at www.starfrit.com.
