half the drawers not locking

so, purchased the set, seems to be of good quality, FOR THE MOST PART, I should've checked all the functionality BEFORE stacking and putting tools in it, although it had no obvious damage, I was very disappointed to find only half the drawers lock when the key is turned.... now I've got a loaded tool box on top, and my only recourse is to unpack it all, take it back to the store, which since it is heavy, is easier said then done.

Love the liners in the drawers. I noticed the railing on 1 drawer was smashed. I made it work but it will be my least used drawer for sure. The packaging was less than desirable- it got wheels - why you put something heavy like that on a flimsy wood skid instead of letting it roll?!?
