Great product to have, I use it all the time when I work on my cars I’ve never had an issue until yesterday when my 3/4 inch ratchet snapped where the socket goes in. But there’s a life long warranty for this brand! So no complaints.

A: The trays lock when closed. To open, you have to press a lever on each side of the tray.

Q: There is also a 229 piece pro set on sale. What are the differences exactly? This case appears more functional but if the additional tools are key, the bigger set may be practical.

A: This set comes with a 3 drawer tool chest. The 229PC set comes with a regular/traditional case. The 203PC has a wrench set included which the 229PC doesn't The 229PC has a few more sizes of sockets and bits and adapters

Q: Does Canadian Tire assume a warranty in case the manufacturer doesn't honour it? The reason I ask is that I posted a review here and they put their nice answer asking me to contact them. And they closed the "ticket". And don't answer anymore.

Q: The two yellow side levers on top of the case move up and down what is their purpose?
