New formulation unpalatable

They appear to have reformulated this lime flavour. I used to love it but now it has a heavily fragranced soap taste that I can't believe passed their quality testing. I contacted them and received no reassurance they even knew about it or had an interest. I have thrown out the 3 undrinkable bottles bought
