Wheel fell off, parts missing during manufacture

Used it a few times and then one of the wheels fell off. I checked under the cover and the snap ring to hold the wheel on was never installed (there's no way for it to fall out if the cover is on). Simoniz warranty department is being difficult and won't send me a new snap ring. The branding is also misleading. It's not 2700 psi. On the product label it says "PEAK PRESSURE 2700 PSI" but "RATED MAXIMUM PRESSURE 2100 PSI". So the real working pressure is most likely lower than 2100 PSI. At this price you would think quick connects would be included but they are not.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Took it back twice because it wouldn’t pressure up. Canadian Tire had a real issue with this because it after 30 days. It’s quite obvious that washer had a manufacturing problem to Canadian Tire should deal with it. I wasn’t the only one who had problems.

Overall a good purchase

I'm not too impressed with the deceiving words on the Simoniz 2700 PSI Electric Pressure Washer box comparing one model to the other. One model says induction motor the one I bought says brushless motor. So I thought wow it's a DC brushless motor that's going to be fantastic, only to purchase it and find out it's also an induction motor which is technically brushless. But why wouldn't they say induction motor on both boxes? This is why it's 4 vs 5 stars. I have used it twice since I got it. I washed 3 cars and my house, and some stonework,. it works well is quite powerful enough. The tips are sufficient for the jobs. I bought an extension wand to get up high and it was great. The foam blaster is very good, the cart and form factor is great solid, stable and moves easily. The cord is about 20 feet and is 16 AWG (gauge), which is not great according to many sources. In summary, overall, excellent. A bit pricey, cord could be a bit longer and heavier gauge and would've been nice to know it was an induction motor, which is sufficient.

this pressure washer is OK not great

I bought this thing for washing vehicles and bikes, it's OK but not great, it probably has 1700 psi, no where near 2700 like it says, I have a 3200 psi gas pressure washer and this thing is about half the pressure of that one, 2700 psi would be awesome but unfortunately it doesn't have that much pressure, like I said it's still OK just not great
