Q: It says "double filter" but I'm not seeing a filter in the bag with all the parts. What am I missing? It looks like in the manual there's supposed to be a filter to attach on because all of the debris is getting into the motor.
4 years agoA: Hi, it is a double filter system. A cloth bag fits into a plastic screen cup. The 2 of them fit over the motor preventing dirt from entering the motor. The cloth filter is easily washed.

Q: Hello, I just bought the simoniz 20 volts cordless vacuum today. I have noticed that there is air coming out whenever I use it. Is it normal? The air is coming from the black thing where we attach the cover with the filter.

6 years agoA: Additional compatible batteries are available for purchase at your local Canadian Tire. Both the Mastercraft 20V 2.0Ah Battery (054-7553) and Mastercraft 20V 4.0Ah Battery (054-7557) can be used with the Simoniz Cordless Vacuum.
