Although I did provide a 4/5 rating, this one had issues, my original order upon arriving was told it was sold out after I paid for it online; then I had several issues trying to purchase again at different store. What made up for it was when I did arrive for new purchase, CT brought it out within minutes and as I was on my way. this literally cost me a few hours.

A: Ultra Crystal is only produced in our Goderich, Ontario facility and is not available in Western Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Q: Can this be used in dishwashers?

A: Most built in softener units require salt that is smaller than Sifto Ultra Crystal Plus. Sifto Ultra Crystal Plus particles will not go into the dishwasher’s salt tank, dishwasher salt is typically smaller than 6 mm. Functionally Ultra Crystal Plus would work in a dishwasher but it is too large.
