    For minor hockey this is a must. Helps protect against shocks to teeth and jaw. The strap is used to attach to face cage. Heating instructions show you how to get a custom fit.

    THIS ITEM IS A GREAT BUY MY SON HAS GONE THREW SO MANY MOUTH GUARDS IN THE PAST NOT FEALING COMFERT AND NOW WE GOT THIS ONE LAST YEAR HE HAS NOT CHANGED
