Wrong Parts in Two Different Boxes!!!

I purchased this unit on sale and then had to exchange the first time as it came with 2x #6 pieces and missing the #11 piece (not interchangeable). The exact same thing happened with the replacement! I can return it again, but it's incredibly annoying to have to keep exchanging. I'll just be returning it this time around. It's a present for my kid, and now he's been let down twice as well. Clearly, there is no quality assurance going on at Sherwood.

Q: There were 3 metal clips included in the bag with the mesh net - what are these for? Also the holes in the T piece on the bottom of the back bar to lock in the bottom side pieces are drilled on the bottom and should be on the top! Number for help??

Q: Is this "heavy duty" enough for outdoor use? I don't necessarily mean in a hurricane, but is it fairly heavy to leave out ie overnight?

A: The product weighs about 14 pounds. It should be able to stand up outside, however if it is standing alone (not against anything) then it will tip on windy days.
