The Sail Was Too Big For My Patio

We have a permanent clear overhang patio cover at the back of our home. It is 12’ wide and 22’ long. A 12’ by 12’ flying shade sail would have been a perfect fit. That is until I discovered that from corner to corner it’s just over 13’. In my available space it was impossible to pull the sail tight. Unfortunately I had to return the sail to my local Canadian Tire store the next day. A full refund was made without any questions asked. Thank you CTC.

Good quality material and workmanship

The sun shade sail is well made. Material is high quality. The connections and hardware are good. Installation is fairly easy and straightforward. The main complained that I face is we get a lot of rain in Maine. The sail doesn't allow the rain water to pass through the material quickly enough so the added weight of the water stretches the material or the ropes that attach it to the post. So I need to keep to retighten them periodically.

Yes, I recommend this product.
