A: We recognize how important a quiet environment is, and we'd like to let you know that the noise levels on our Shark UltraLight PetPro are reasonable; it does make noise during operations. However, our team really cares about the experience and comfort of our customers, so this should not be overly loud or disturbing.

Q: Is this vacuum noisy? I bought it today and when I used it, it was really noisy. The vacuum I bought today is much louder than I expected. Is there something wrong with it?

Lightweight and powerful. I don't have pets, but bought this because I have long hair that wraps around rollers with other vacuums. This new style is great, as promised this is no longer a problem.
