A: I think it would struggle with high profile carpets like a shag rug, but it works well with my low profile rug. I have not tested it on carpet throughout the house. Also, it will not vacuum rugs/carpet if the mop head is attached.

I love shark everything for my house !!! I have a shark vacuum, shark hair styling tool !!!! And this AI robot vacmop too it’s the best !!! I use it every day !!! It does not make noise at all !!! And every time I use it I make sure I plug it to charge !!! Its battery holds good !!! This is absolutely a life saver !!!!

Definitely needs improvement

So what I liked about this vacuum is, it maps your home, cleans row by row, can vacuum and mop, you can set no go and no mop zones, you can schedule it from the app to clean when you want it to, it does a great job of picking up dirt and dust you didn't even know you had. What I didn't like is, it sounds like a helicopter, it's SO loud, the app kept deleting my maps and the app itself is very limited in functionality as to what the vacuum can really do for you. I returned mine, and wouldn't recommend.
