Q: Will these speakers fit a 1996 Toyota 4Runner 3.4L SR5, front and rear door?
4 years agoA: Hello Jason. Our HD6504 speakers can be mounted in the front doors of a 1996 Toyota 4 Runner. You may require the SAC656 speaker adapters in order to mount them into the factory location. 5.25 inch speakers are recommended for the rear doors. HD5254 would be the model number of our 5.25 inch speakers. Q: What is the diameter of this speaker? The product description states 6.5 to 6.75 inches. Which is it, 6.5 or 6.75? The product details confuse things even more when it statues the cutout diameter is 4.96” , which is way less than 6.5
5 years agoA: The clamp diameter of the HD6504 speakers is 4.96 inches. It is normal for the clamp diameter to be smaller than what size of the speaker is described or classified as in order for the speaker to properly fit through the factory opening and securely mount to the factory location. Aftermarket speakers are classified as 6.5 inches to 6.75 inches when they are able to fit a vehicle that was equipped with a factory 6.5 or 6.75-inch speaker. Some vehicle applications may require a speaker adapter in order to properly mount the new speaker. If you have any further questions please contact us.

7 years agoA: Yes, these are compatible with your vehicle. We would recommend purchasing a pair of speaker adapters as well in order to properly mount the speakers to your car.
