My kids have large heads and lots of hair. The biggest issue is that their heads are long so traditional bike helmets seem to sit on top of their heads or are too big around. This helmet is great. I bought one for my two year old who can currently wear it on the smallest setting (with a mass of curly hair) and my 4 year old who is in the middle of the settings. There seems to be quite a variety in the setting so the helmet could likely last a child a couple years. It appears others are saying the sizes run small. I can’t really judge since both my kids are off the chart as far as head size (totally hereditary from me).

This bike helmet is a huge hit! It has a great adjustable fit for little heads of all sizes and my daughter loves the pink flower design. I can feel confident that her head is properly protected and it is easy to ensure a proper fit with the quick adjust system. My daughter loves wearing it.
