Doesn't sit straight.

First day of use, 2 wheel straps snapped in half but got replaced 2 weeks later thru saris costumer service. Rack sits on an angle, left side is higher than the right side, the hitch is leveled straight and my old platform bike racks sits straight so not sure whats wrong. I adjusted all nuts and bolts and it is still crooked.
