Was amazing untill chuck broke off

The chuck is only held on by plastic. I broke 2 of the 3 I have already. If that plastic piece that holds it on was metal then this would be a 5/5 rating. I'm wondering if its possible to get parts to replace the fragile plastic piece that holds the chuck on.

Keyless chuck

I bought this 4 years ago and the keyless chuck locked up, when I tried to return it for a replacement the rep on the phone said there was no record of my drill being registered they couldn’t help me. Great product with a poor chuck and warranty. It’s a shame that I won’t be a returning customer.

the battery is very long lasting and the drill works great. it has a lot of power and the brushless motor makes a difference. The warranty is also great, thats how you know it is a great tool.
