J'ai deux rouleaux : un en mousse (celui-là), l'autre en plastique rigide. Ce rouleau ne fait pas la pleine grandeur du corps mais correspond exactement à ce que j'avais besoin. Le rouleau en plastique rigide est parfois douloureux lorsque les exercices exigent de mettre une grande pression. Le rouleau de mousse (celui-là) est confortable même pour ces exercices.

A: No it’s pretty firm. When I use it - ooof - it does its job! If you use it a lot as in daily ; it will need to be replaced in comparison to roller of rubber as this will break down with wear.
