I've been using this for two weeks for physio exercise. It gives me a deep massage and relieves the tightness in my adductors. I think this is due to the hardness of the foam. I like that it has the smooth part and the bumpy part. My brother has the TriggerPoint foam roller and its foam is softer than this one.
