This product is fine. It is easy to install and does the job, but it's janky. I have a 2 inch hitch receiver (which is apparently compatible), but the bike rack wobbles, and when I take turns while driving, the rack gets flung back and forth. As well, it states that it is compatible for all bikes (mine is a standard mountain bike with a diamond frame), and it sits awkwardly and lopsided on the rack. The seat-tube doesn't even properly line up with mount/holder on the bike rack which makes it impossible to secure correctly. Although the bike rack is still functional, it seems to be poorly constructed and I'm constantly worried that my bike and the rack are going to fly off while driving.

This is the perfect family bike carrier. My husband and I took our two sons out biking for the weekend. It was easy to install and loads the bikes. The held the bikes securely even thought they were all different sizes. It’s a very heavy duty bike rack. Very pleased with it.

Great bike rack; holds all the bikes for our family for day trips or longer adventures. Easily mounts to our hitch and keeps the bikes stable even if we are travelling on the highway. The linch pin allow for the load to move out of the way to allow access the rear door of our SUV
