Poor Customer Support

Poor customer support. I bought 3 easy-fit fittings. 2 worked and the other 1 leaks. I contacted Rain Bird to find a solution. It took several emails where they gave very generic answers until finally the only solution they came up with was to buy a new fitting and that the fitting I had could not be disconnected or reused. If you need several connectors, the cost of the Easy-Fit fittings adds up pretty quickly. so it was disappointing to find out only 2 out of the 3 I bought worked. I hope that is not a typical number. I also thought that Rain Bird should have offered some type of advice to increase the chances of the next one not leaking. Very disappointed.

Impossible to make this function as stated

This item is a piece of junk. One end can be joined however the other end is another story. I tried soaking the hose in boiling water to no avail and following another post tried soaking the connector itself to no avail. Unfortunately I read the reviews on the rain bird site only after purchasing this product and they are bad,bad,bad. This product should not be for sale.
