I don't know what this means

I got this dog food and none of my three adult dogs would eat it. So I switched back to Country harvest and everything is fine. Sorry about that, but it was beyond my control.

We’re really sorry to hear that your dogs didn’t take to our Beneful Originals Chicken Adult Dry Dog Food. We appreciate you giving it a try, and every dog has their own preferences. Sometimes, when there is a change to their food, dogs may be reluctant to eat some or all of the new product. We recommend consumers introduce a new food over a period of 7 – 10 days to help avoid digestive upset. The first day, we recommend mixing 10 percent of the new food with 90 percent of the current food. Each day, increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the current food until the transition is complete. This gradual process helps prevent issues such as refusal to eat, vomiting, or diarrhea that can occur with sudden diet changes. We want to gather additional information and assist you further. Love the real chicken and peas variety pack/box

I love the variety pack soft real chicken dog food.i was sho ked to realize I got the wrong food because the box looks exactly the same. Lesson for me is to read everything! I got the variety pack of dog food that looks like mush. I don't like that because it gives the dog bad breath in no time.
