This shouldn't really be called a "kit" - it's more a bag of assorted parts.
You aren't likely to have everything you need in here, it's just a bag of some commonly used parts. Essential parts aren't included.

There are not enough pieces in the package to complete the implied installation and extra pieces are not readily available. This type of trap may not even be legal in Ontario!

Pricey but worth it in the end

It’s a little pricey if you know what you need and buy only those parts but during covid curbside pickup this kit has everything you will need in most instances to install your sink without fear of running short of a part. So that is why this kit is a good deal without hiring a plumber.
