Material looked good - made of metal. Easy to install. I ended up returning because did not solve my problem.

Good replacement at a budget price

Works well. I had two shower handles to replace, and one is just a little loose with a bit of rattle no matter what I do, hence 4 stars and not 5. Would have been nice if the allen wrench was a bit longer to clear the handle when installing the small machine screw.
