Received my classic wood pellet grill from pit boss today. It was simple to put together and get started up. I look forward to many happy cookouts and delicious smoked grilled items.

Biggest BANG for the buck

Did my home work on pellet smokers/grills , The Pit Boss FB700 is the best design i found beating out much higher end and more expensive makes , end baffles and central burner allows smoke to penetrate and roll in the chamber (Convection action). The capability of moving the bottom grate open allowing this smoker to become a broiler (steak house style char) this combined with a fairly large cooking area makes this a very versatile smoker/grill . Cooking area can easily handle a large brisket or two pork shoulders (pulled pork) The controls are fairly accurate and once you master the "P" setting you can dial it right in or take advantage of cooler smoking temperatures (ideal for candied and/or cold smoke Salmon). And to top it off it holds 20 pounds of pellets capable of running a complete 18 hrs cook for the perfect brisket with out ever opening the lid (If your lookin' you're not cookin') All in All the biggest BANG for the Buck . (2 years using this unit ...NO REGRETS)

I bought my grill and I can't use it because the board is not working properly which is not a big deal because things happen but then they sent me the wrong board and when I called they argued with me that it was the right board but my board was completely different. They then said the new grill i bought was 3 years old and it didn't come with this board in it. I had the pictures to prove what i was saying then they said well that grill is not supposed to have that board in it , but that is how i bought it in the box brand new. So if you want a grill you can't use and a company that wants to argue with you then this is the grill for you
