Made 4 attempts to order online only to find this is not available for delivery. Went to the store, took the crate to customer service and paid $25 for delivery. Was told it would have been better for me to order online. Explained that I did try several times. Waited a few days for the delivery, phoned and was told it would be coming on Tuesday. I bought it the previous Wednesday from a store only a few K away. The delivery person phoned me and asked me to come down to the lobby as they don't deliver to apartments. I'm elderly and that is the reason I paid for delivery. He did bring it up. I'm sadden to see these actions for another Canadian company. Will think hard before getting delivery again. The crate is fine. I bought the mattress and black out cover.

A similar size crate was $100 more at the pet store. The divider is handy - helpful for growing puppies. The rubber grips on the bottom came off quickly ... if you need floor protectors best to buy them separately. Overall very happy with the purchase :)

Great quality crate

Great quality crate for a great price. My dog is a 23 pound pit mix. She's freakishly strong for her size and she chews stuff up if unsupervised. Keeps her secure and safe when I'm not home. My only complaint is that they are on sale online frequently, but full price in store. So I had to wait a few days for it to arrive bc I didn’t want to pay 50% more in store the day I needed it

Purchased a new crate as the old one was about 20 years old and was rusted and the tray had finally started to crack and have pieces come off.
