Q: In the description photo it looks like the cover fits tightly over the sled. Does it have any extra allowance for when you have gear that sticks out above the top of the sled?

Waterproof and Tight fit

I use this cover for when I tow my sled out with the bike ice fishing. It keeps the snow and rain out of the sled great. Reason for 4 star and not 5 is because it needs to be a little bit looser. I put a 10lbs propane tank in the sled, which needs to stand up, and the cover just has enough to get over the sides. I'll put my tent on top, held down with bungee cords to be sure the cover won't fall off.

Decent cover fits good. We shall see how the elastic holds up over time. Would purchase again helps to keep snow out of my sled. Gave it 4 stars as I do feel 40 bucks is to much money to be charging for said cover though at 30 bucks I'd feel better about it.

Fits the the bill and the sled

The sled cover fits a smaller sled because it has an adjustable outer draw cord. This is what I was looking for.
