Spray head replacement is not worth it.

I've owned this unit for 17 years, and I've replaced the head 3 times. The nozzle sticks, and you can't switch it it back from spray mode. The rubber switch rips and peels.
Customer service is quick to replace this item, but at what point does the company fix the issue? My solution is to purchase another brand...

Disappointing. Started leaking then internal mixing valve failed and it is just out of warranty.

Loved it until it started leaking and soaked my cabinet and laminate floors after trying to find the leak by switching the inlet and outlet hose, the internal valve blew so we disconnected Good thing I was there so I could shut off the water. Had it a couple of years and don’t have the receipt..doesn’t matter anyway as on the Canadian tire site it says 1 year. I don’t have time to fight to get it replaced as I have no kitchen sink right now and need a knew one installed. I am very disappointed.

Horrible Warranty & Customer Service from Peerless

I have had this faucet for 10+ years, I have replaced various parts under warranty and had to deal with water leaks and damage four times. I have received replacement parts under warranty and a few year later the same part fails. Lately I had a leak in the hose portion of the faucet and emailed Masco (handles Peerless warranty) and they told me it was normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. They also mentioned that its only a 10 year warranty. After pointing them to their own website and showing that it has limited lifetime warranty to the original owner they still would not provide a replacement part. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I would suggest purchasing a Moen product who stands behind their warranty. FYI Masco also handles Delta faucet warranty so be prepared for a headache with Delta products if you have to deal with Masco.

A: To the top of arch at highest point it is 15 1/2 inches. From the bottom of faucet spout to top of sink it is 7 3/4 inches.This is what we liked about design. The low height doesen't splash water all over counter .Stays in sink.

A: Yes. As long as it is mounted centered, and there is a typical sink gap, it will reach both sinks.
