If you like rinsing the conditioner out of your hair for a solid 5 minutes, and STILL not being sure you got it all, then this is the shower for you. Even the “massage” setting doesn’t cut it. Avoid this showerhead at all costs.

It’s exactly as advertised and was easy to change out, I really like it and it’s definitely improved my shower experience, if I had any suggestions I’d say it could use a little more pressure on a couple of its settings but that’s likely more to do with my shower or plumbing than the shower head itself.

A: I too have water spraying out when the faucet is turned off. I have never seen such a "problem" in my other showers. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I finally got through to the Customer Service. I was told that design is to release water pressure from the shower head. If you want to reduce the water gushing out of the other end, take the shower head down below the bracket level. ROFL! At least I had a good laugh with my family after talking to the customer service! Now the water gushing scene is actually HILARIOUS! I have a laugh every time I turn off the shower! :) Seriously, I will shop for a more expensive one to replace it later!

Q: What is the hose made of? It seems to be a very flexible plastic? Flexible plastics have phalates. Is this house made of food grade silicone or plastic? Phthalates are harmful to female reproductive organs.

Q: I noticed on one end of the hose(connects to bracket) there is a white piece with what looks like relief holes under it. When I turn the shower off at tap it leaks from the bottom of the hose connection? I believe the water is coming from these holes?
