Strong all steel construction

Just purchased on sale for $40 and they seem like a steal so far. All stainless steel construction is strong and I hope will last for many years compared to my shears with plastic parts that have broken in the past. My rating is a 4 out of 5 only because I just got the shears and I can't say for certain yet whether they will last but so far I am impressed.

They are rusting. Supposed to be stainless steel. Very disappointing, they were not cheap.
