The PADERNO Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Grill Pan is a versatile addition to any kitchen, suitable for all types of stovetops and oven use. Q: Can it be used on glass top stove? Is there a temperature limit for the stove? I had a different brand and when I used it on glass top stove at highest temp setting it damaged it. Thanks.

A: Hello, the cast-iron pan can be used on all stovetop types with a temperature limit of 280°C. To avoid damaging the pan we suggest not dry burning it at the highest temperature and not using water immediately after use but rather letting it cool naturally first.

Q: Where is this paderno cast iron pan made? It says proudly "designed" in Canada... That leads me to believe it's not made in Canada. It makes it sound sketchy. I ordered one but I don't want it unless I know where it's made and I'm happy with that answer.

A: Hi there, Unfortunately we don't make a matching lid for this pan at the time. In the meantime, you could try a universal lid or the lid from the 6.5QT Paderno dutch oven. Thanks!

Just an FYI these are not made in Canada. Just because any Paderno item says Paderno, don’t assume they are made in Canada. If they don’t say Canadian in the title, they are not made in Canada/PEI
