Not up to Paderno Standards

Save your money! I have lots of Paderno that I love and have regrets paying the $ for. Had the burgundy frying pans for 11 years no issues so thought I’d try the new improved. What a regret. Everything sticks. The surface isn’t smooth so nothing “slides”.
I bought the whole set of 3. Ughhh!

worst pans ever

these pans are by far the worst ever. doesn't matter how much butter or oil I use EVERYTHING sticks to the bottom. my cheap ninja pans are 10 times the pans these are. I spend so much money on Paderno products and at Canadian Tire that this is very disappointing.

A: This product is made with 3 layers of metal. The interior is food-grade stainless steel. The exterior is induction compatible stainless steel and the core in between those is heat-conductive aluminum.

A: Yes. This is a PTFE-based coating. PTFE is required to provide long-lasting stick resistance. Coatings which do not contain PTFE (often referred to as “ceramic” coatings) do not contain PTFE but tend not to maintain their stick resistant property for nearly as long either.
