A: This product is made with 3 layers of metal. The interior is food-grade stainless steel. The exterior is induction compatible stainless steel and the core in between those is heat-conductive aluminum.

A: Yes. This is a PTFE-based coating. PTFE is required to provide long-lasting stick resistance. Coatings which do not contain PTFE (often referred to as “ceramic” coatings) do not contain PTFE but tend not to maintain their stick resistant property for nearly as long either.

stick eggs , try frying fresh cod it stuck so bad I had scrambled cod not pand fried filets. I try 3 different oil . I had 12",and 10" they were the same I never see anything like this before in 68 years sorry I don't like giving bad reviews.
