Can't even get our boots to fit in them we have the 30 inch ones...on one of them the toe straps don't hold they are stripped. seems cheap to me so I have the receipt and will be returning.

Failed on first use, heep straps broke right off!!

I bought 4 pairs iduring the pandemic thinking that it'd be a great activity to get outdoors. I gift two pairs to family and friends and kep two for my family. We didn't get a chance to use them until this winter. They have anyways been kept indoors. To my surprise, the heel straps broke within 10 min of first use! We were in Mont tremblant and the rest of the trip we couldn't use them as they would continue to slide off of our feet. I've tried to contact Canadian Tire customer service but haven't reached anyone who could help in either pointing me to the right department or located where I can find replacement heel straps. They are 149.99+tax per pair and you'd think that this was an isolated situation but both pairs have the exact same issue!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a great design, the heel strap is extremely difficult to latch and does not stay clipped in. Every few steps you have to fasten the strap again

A: Hi Susan, Outbound snowshoes kit has different sizes with different weight capacity, for example size 21: 120 lbs , size 25: 160 lbs the snowshoes' capacity is yourself and your gear's weight. so normally we recommend size 25.

A: Outbound kits, black don't have a heel lift. Brand Woods have heel lift. You may check it for reference.

A: Hi Dawn, the snowshoes load capacity should include the user's weight and the gears. Normally size 930's load capacity is 210lb size 1036's load capacity is 265lb.
