Q: Why are there no nuts in the package to attach the assembly? This is my second such light assembly in 5 years, and in this light assembly, there are no longer any mounting nuts. I checked the other packages on the shelf, (even for the passenger side) and they too are missing.

A: The ST7RFS (020-3923) does include the mounting hardware. The nuts are located on the stud when in the package.
