This surprised me. I didn’t think Canadian Tire sold such substandard product. 1) the item in the package doesn’t match up with the photo or instructions. There were parts missing (washers), there were parts needing assembly that were not depicted or included in the parts list or instructions! (Extra rod, extra smaller washer … needed 2, had 1, 2 sliding plastic glides). My sister bought this but since the instructions were so poor she asked me to try. Fortunately I had extra washers and some mechanical know how and was able to assemble it so it works. What the small piece of plastic ?clip? Was for I have no idea. If you want a puzzle, go ahead buy it otherwise Don’t! Just don’t buy it!
