A: I don't know if that product will work. To be safe I would use a small pot of PVC plumbing cement .

Q: Would this work on fixing a drip coming from a pressurized line? Would not be pressurized while applying.

A: It should. Your best bet is to run some primer around the leaky joint, then glue. If at all possible use suction by taping or capping one end of the line and holding a shop vac to the other end for a few seconds at a time. That'll help draw the primer/glue into the leak.
