Problems with the unit

The spring or Rubber seal that you push down on seized up and so the machine will not work. I wrote to the company regarding this issue and nobody has written to me back. I have had the Nutribullet for 6 years but only used it a few times. I should not seize up. I have a German juicer for 45 years and that still works perfectly?
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Why did the gasket snap after rinsing and replacing it? Also, when I rinsed the blade section after this happened, an astonishing amount of green gunk was released. It seems unsanitary not to rinse the food particles from underneath the gasket.
