Worked great for a month but now it doesn’t

It works fine as a purifier but the buttons don’t work properly and as soon as I pair it with the app, the link breaks and it can’t communicate. So if I just leave it running 24/7 it’s fine but if I want to set a schedule or even turn it off or own, I can’t. I would have returned it but it worked fine for the first 30 days.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: We have just replaced the filter for the purifier and have tried to reset the filter change notification multiple times by trying as advised -pushing the power and timer buttons together for 2 secs, but the change filter light remains on. Any suggestions?

A: It resets if you hold the timer button and the fan button down for two seconds. Don’t know why the manual says power button. An annoying error!

Q: Hi there, I believe this ionizer like any other emits ozone. Is there any technical and safe level number on how much ozone it emits?

A: The Model I purchased (043-7339-2) does NOT have an ionizer function, it is listed as optional - I assume you would need a different model. The label does state, though, that "The 8 hr TWA Ozone fpr this product is 0.000 ppmv when tested in a 30 cu meter ozone chamber".
