Q: The instructions say to remove the TRY ME button before the first use, so I did, but although it worked by holding the button down on the TRY ME switch it won't turn on at all when I try to use the button on the battery box.

A: Neither of these helps. The thing LIT UP when I used the Try Me button. The batteries are fine. They are not the problem.

Q: What is everyone doing to secure the battery box. The other Noma wreath I have had a bracket on the frame to hold the box.

A: I didn't feel the need to secure the box. I hung the wreath so that the box hung vertically on the side, and fluffed the branches to hide it. It's black and my door is dark, so it doesn't really show, especially with my added ornaments. It does need to be accessible for turning on and off.

A: Hi Sandy, No problem at all! It is fairly simple. If you adjust the on/off dial to the middle you will notice the lights will turn on. At this setting it will turn on for 6 hours and turn off for 18 hours. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. Kind regards, Rachel

A: Hi Fran, Yes this item comes with a timer (6 Hours on/ 18 Hours off). Simply adjust the on/off switch to the middle. You will notice the lights come on. The lights will automatically shut off after 6 hours and come back on after 18 hours. Kind regards, Rachel

A: I just bought a second one to see if the first was a defective timer unit and the timer function doesn't work either. The online description doesn't mention timer feature, but the pkg clearly states that it stays on for 6hr and the turns back on after 18hrs. Not the case at all.

Q: How do you remove the "Try Me" button? Not sure how the "Try Me" button and wires come off. Am I supposed to leave it dangling there?

A: The cord for the try me button just pulls out of the battery box. BUT after I disconnected it I still couldn't get the lights to come on by pushing the button on the battery box.
