Lights gone NUTS

lights work but the remote or the hardwired controller on the tree does not work properly. Selected mode will only hold for approx. 1 minute then it flashes from color to white. Frustrated! Purchased, bought it home, assembled, liked what we saw, prepared to decorate and then the lights went nuts. Now we have to disassemble, pack up, bring it back to store and start all over. Should I get the a replacement tree (same make/model)?????

A: Wires are well marked and easy to connect. 5 wires with simple insert / twist connectors are all it takes. 1 minute yo get them all connected.

A: The lights are built into the tree. So when you take the tree apart, you do not remove the lights from the tree.

Q: So I set up this tree . It's beautiful but I find it turns itself on in the middle of the night. There is no timer function on it so it is a mystery to me. Anyone have any insight?

A: The branches are on hinges. It goes up easily and away easily. I love this tree. My second year with it and the only tree I have ever owned that I can put up all by myself.

Q: I was considering buying this tree but was unsure because in the picture the white lights look like they are all on one side and the colored on the other, any opinions ?

A: That is how they show its colour changing in the picture. We bought this tree last year and it’s amazing. It has several different light modes but none are half and half like the picture. It’s lighting is beautiful and the tree is full and gorgeous. It was such a good buy and completed our Christmas decorating perfectly. I definitely recommend.
